International programmes, properly framed.
Selected European programmes for families assessing real assets, international diversification and residence options together. Coordinated from Dubai and executed in-country with qualified partners.
The current focus is Italy and Croatia. Italy connects selected property and operating-company routes with a potential Investor Visa strategy. Croatia focuses on structured yacht participation combining use and operating income. Each route requires its own commercial, legal and personal review.

Frequently asked questions.
Are Italy and Croatia both residence programmes?
No. A qualifying Italian investment can form part of an Investor Visa strategy. The Croatian yacht programme is primarily a real-asset and usage structure; no residence right should be inferred without a separate assessment.
Does The Key Advisory provide legal or tax advice?
No. We structure the selection, coordinate evidence and partners, and support execution. Binding legal, tax, residence and regulated investment advice is provided by appropriately qualified advisers in the relevant jurisdiction.
Can the two programmes be compared directly?
Yes, but not by entry amount alone. The review covers objectives, capital lock-up, running costs, use, potential income, exit, counterparty, residence relevance and the family's circumstances.
How does the review begin?
It begins with a no-obligation strategy call covering objective, budget, time horizon and the role the programme should play. We then recommend the appropriate detailed review or explain why neither route fits.
