We collect data you submit to us directly (Calendly bookings, WhatsApp messages, email enquiries) and limited technical data (IP address, browser, referrer, timestamp) needed to operate the site. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
Enquiry and booking data is used to respond to you, document our engagement, and meet legal-record obligations. Aggregated technical data is used to understand traffic patterns and improve the site.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site functional. With your consent, optional analytics cookies measure traffic patterns. You set this preference via the banner on first visit and may reset it by clearing local storage for this domain. Calendly embeds set their own cookies on EU servers.
Third-party processors
Calendly (booking platform, EU data processing), WhatsApp / Meta (messaging — only when you click the WhatsApp link), Vercel (hosting infrastructure). Each operates under their own privacy policy and contractual processor terms.
Data transfers
We are based in Dubai (UAE). Calendly and Vercel process EU visitor data on EU infrastructure. Where international transfers occur they rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold about you. EU and UK visitors are entitled to GDPR / UK GDPR rights. India and Gulf visitors are protected by the applicable national frameworks. Contact us at the address above to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for the duration of our engagement plus the period required by applicable record-keeping rules (typically up to seven years). Aggregated technical data is retained for thirteen months.
Children
This site is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
Material updates to this notice will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. The current version takes effect on the date below.
